Dear Mr. Strang:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees at
their regular meeting held on August 28, 1986 regarding the above
captioned matter.
Moved by Trustee Bredemeyer seconded by Trustee Krupski
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area; and
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all of the documentation submitted
concerning this request; and
WHEREAS the Board made the following findings of fact:
1. By this request appellant requests a WAIVER of the Wetland
Ordinance to raise the roof, raising the house and placing.
it on a new conventional foundation, at the proper base flood
elevation required by F.E.M.A.
2. Property is located on Camp Mineola Road, Mattituck, New York.
IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THIS REQUEST THE BOA!RD
FINDS AND DETERMINES:
1. The project will not adversely affect the wetlands.
~ 2. The project will not adversely ~ffect the health, safety and general
welfare of t~e people of the Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED that Garrett A. Strang on behalf of Philip G. Milot BE AND HEREBY
is granted a WAIVER of the Wetland Ordinance as requested with the following
provisions:
