Box 2124 Greenport, NY 11944 Re: Irene Miller SCTM ~1000-68-3-10 Dear Mr. Costello: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on June 30, 1994 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, COSTELLO MARINE on behalf of IRENE MILLER applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance cf the Town of Southold. application dated June 7, 1994, and, W~EREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on June 30, 1994 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS. the Beard has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed ,will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, T~EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves t~e application of Costello Marine on behalf of IRENFMILLER to install access walkway and stairway to ~each as follows: 1- 4' X 19' walkway, 2- 3' X 20' horizontal walkways, 4- 3' X 20' stairways and 1- 4'- 6' mid platform.
