Cooper, Southold Town CAC Secretary The following-recommendations were made by the CAC at the regular meeting held Thiu:mdzy. ~a~ust 27 lqR~.  sapprove pending a Declaration of Significant Impact.~'~ No. 415 - Approve-- No. 416 - Approve No. 417 -~ApFrove No. 422 - Approve No. 421 - Approve with the stipulation that it is elevated by the standard 4' above wetlands No. 427 - Declare Non - Significant Recommend denial of wetland application until dispute be- tween the Stars Road Assoc. and the apDlicant has be re- solved. No. 408 - Approve No. 418 - Approve but suggest the applicant reconsider. The project may result in the loss of beach if bulkheaded. The current vegetation and beach system is working very well. No. 419 - Table pending receipt of a good quality map-site and shoreline. No. 420 - Approve with stipulations. Must take action to prevent erosion and runoff on east side of bulkhead; install fill and put in ground cover to prevent rain induced runoff. NO. 423 - Approve with proposals.
