We wanted to bring to your attention the fact that the applicant (or owners)
will need approvals from our department for the reasons shown on the
attached Notice of Disapproval from the Building Inspector. One of the
areas to be considered and requires further application is, "Is this a
building lot on the Map of Paradise Point, Section One?" A copy of the
notice was forwarded to the agent for James Miller yesterday, we
understand.
At this time our Board Members are visiting the site and a separate letter
will be forwarded under SEQRA to convey thoughts or ask your opinion on a
few areas of concern.
Thank you for coordinating the above project to our office under SEQRA.
