Economic Development Committee Meeting July 27, 2017
Town Hall Conference Room
In Attendance: Sara Garretson, Denis Noncarrow, Rona Smith, Donielle Cardinale, John Stype,
Jennifer DelVaglio, Leslie Merinoff
Excused: Supervisor Scott Russell, Deputy Supervisor Ruland
Meeting called to order at 2:30 p.m.
Minutes from the May meeting were approved.
The Economic Development Committee welcomes Leslie Merinoff, a local distillery owner as a
new member.
The double-sided hand out for distribution at local events or meetings was reviewed and is going
to print.
Transportation – Denis informed the committee that trolley service will begin after Labor Day.
This will consist of two trolleys running simultaneously.
Communication – The EDC is going to speak with the Town Board about how they want to help
the community. Jennifer is going to create a draft for the discussion. The EDC also discussed
creating videos to help residents understand the Town’s processes.

The EDC is going to focus on the topic of communication and hold a meeting August 17.
The meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
