Box 447 Quogue, NY 11959 Re: sidney OLmstead on behalf of Saw'as Mitienos SCTM ~I000-114-7-14.1 Dear Mr. Just: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on May 28~ 1992 regarding the above matter: W~EREAS~ Glenn Just on behalf of Sidney Olmstead for Sa~-~as Mitienos applied to the Southotd Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold~ application dated April 17, 1992 and~ b~EREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Couzecil for their findings and reco~mendations~ and~ WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the To~ Trustees with respect to said application on May 28~ 19~2 at which time all interested persons were glven an opportunity to be heard~ and, W~EREAS~ the Board members have personally viewed and are fa~ai!i~r with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and~ WHE_REAS~ the Beard has considered all the 'testimony and dockmaentation submitted concerning this application~ and, WHEREAS~ the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health~ safety and general welfare of the people of the town~ NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED TPL~T GLF~WN JUST ON BEF~F OF SIDNEY OLM~TEAD FOR SA%~AS MILI~OS to construct a 4~ X 43~ (elevated 4' over grade) fixed dock~ 3~ X !5~ r~mp and 6' X 20' float. Outside of boat on dock shall be no further than one third of the total distance of the width of the creek at low tide. This permit will ek~pire two years from the date it is si~ned. Fees musu be paid~ if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project. The CAC recommends approval provided the applicant plant an appropriate vegetative buffer. Goose Creek Lane, Southoid Vote of Council: Ayes: Motion carried. On a motion by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Stephen AngeH, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval with stipulations the application of Michael Maher 111-9-3 to construct bulkhead, stairs, etc. The CAC recommends approval provided ~he applicant install a drywall for draining the hot tub and, if not being done already, install a dryweil for the swimming pool. 3485 Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue Vote of Council: Ayes: Ail Motion carried. : On a motion by Stephen Angell, seconded by John McCormick, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southo[d Town Trustees a~l;urx~t, ~~, o/f the application of Say,as Milienos by' Sidney` I14-7-~q.1 ~o construct a dock, ramp and float. Oregon Road, Cutchogue Vote of Council: Ayes: ail Motion carried ~ On a motion by Stephen Angelt, seconded by Bruce Loucka, it was RESOLVED to recommd to the Southold Town Trustees approval with stipulation the application of Salvatere Passalacqua 83-2-4 to construct a stone armored timber retaining waN, returns, backfill, and construct stairway.
