RE: John and Rose Milazzo
SCTM %1000-57-2-20
Dear Mr. Caradonna:
Confirming our field inspections on February 5, 1991 with sylvia
of your office and Mrs. Milazzo, please be advised that the
Southold Town Trustees would encourage you to submit a uniform
application to both the Town Zoning Board of Appeals and Board
of Trustees.
Said application should contain a retaining wall or berm
structure to help retain surface runoff on site from entering
the creek. Due to the unique circumstance of both your
neighbors having a bulkhead on the creek we would not oppose a
bulkhead connecting all the properties provided it incorporated
one of the above features to help prevent surface run off. The
Board would likely require a silt fence be installed prior To
construction and require a pervious driveway and dr~wells for
all roof run-off. A landscape or lawn plan incorporating
low/little fertilizer requiring plantings is suggested for the
area adjacent to the bulkhead area.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Very truly yours,
John M. Bredemeyer,III
