On October 10, 2017, the Board of Trustees performed a field inspection and --deter minedthat the-abavE_reference-cLprop -rty_c.ontains_a_pr_ima y—d miE and a ___ secondary dune within the area where structures exist. Areas that contain dune(s) are considered wetland areas, therefore, the existing wood bulkhead, brick walks, brick/concrete patio, deck, dwelling, sanitary, shed and any other existing structures on said property are within the jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees. In order to replace the existing sanitary with new and place a shed landward of the dwelling, a Trustees Administrative Permit must be applied for. Currently, the proposal to construct a second-story addition within the footprint of the existing one-story dwelling is exempt from requiring a permit from this office. Please be advised that any replacement of existing first-story walls on the dwelling, or any modifications, repairs, re-surfacing or replacement of existing deck(s), patio(s), t walkway(s), wood bulkhead or any other existing structures will require permits from this office prior to any modifications/repairs/replacement of said structures. A determination of Non Jurisdiction was granted on February 4,2014,however given a revision to the plans to reduce the detached 1.5 car garage to a storage shed,I respectfully request a subsequent review and affirmation of No Jurisdiction inasmuch as the extent of the proposed work is a second floor addition to the existing dwelling within the original footprint, a new storage shed,removal and replacement of existing sanitary system and installation of drywells for roof runoff.
