As we are getting older we plan to retire here.Our home has not changed since we purchased it,other than making repairs along our bluff from Sandy. Chris and I plan to add a small addition to our dining area 15.8 x 9.8,a screened porch over our existing brick patios 39 x 16,a covered porch off the kitchen 15.5 x 15.5,and enlarge our current 1 car garage to a 2 car 20 x 25. 1 have attached a survey and sketch representing our needs for the future.We have also shown a one-story home because we have an adult special needs son. Our current septic system works well, but our new driveway will perhaps require we make changes.We are maintaining 4 existing bed room, but with minor modifications.
