Terry Southold Town Clerk Southold Town Hall Main Road Southold, New York 11971 Dear Judy: Transmitted herewith is the action taken by the Board of Town Trustees at a regular meeting held on November 2, 1983: RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board APPROVAL of the Wetland Application ~162 submitted by the Land Use Company on behalf of Peter Micciche to reconstruct and enlarge an existing boat ramp and replace existing bulkhead within 18" of structure, with 20 cu. yds. of sand to be removed from the boat ramp enlargement. Fill is to be placed behind the reconstructed bulkhead, in Corey Creek, Southold, with the provision that the new construction is to remain in line with the existing structure.
