Dear Mr. Haje:_
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
their regular meeting held on August 27, 1987 regarding the above matter.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees Approve the request made by
Eh-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Theodore Metalios for a waiver of the
Wetland Ordinance to remove ~Tegetation killed by Hurricane Gloria, bring
m 199+ cu. yds. of fill, 100+ topsoil, grade into 4' hinged mounds, construct
2' high timber retaining wall on the south side of existing tennis court and
revegetate according to planting plan. Property is located on the north side
of Main Road, East Marion. This waiver ~s granted all in accordance with the
planting plan and the survey submitted dated May 12, 1987. .
Please be advised that there ~s a $25.00 fee for this waiver granted.
