REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because topography of rear yard precludes locating it there.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by afl properties alike ]n the immediete
vicinity Of this property and in this use district because rearyard topography is unique
to this lot.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because of distance from al! lot boundaries
and also completely surrounded by dense woods.

REASON FOR APPEAL Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficultles or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because topography of rear yard precludes locating it there.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because rearyard topography ±s un±que
to this lot.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CttARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because of distance from all lot boundaries
and also completely surrounded by dense woods.
