WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does-hereby grant-and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,,piece or parcel of land, with the buildings s and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as parts of lots 203 and 204 on a
certain map entitled "Amended -'Map A,' Nassau Point" , and filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 8-16-1922 as Map Number 156, said
parts of lots, taken together, being bounded and described as follows:

of Wunneweta Road where same is intersected -by the division line
between lots 204 and 205 on said map and running thence Northwesterly,
Northerly and Northeasterly along the Northeasterly side of Wunneweta
Road and continuing along the Southeasterly side of Cove Road, both
of which are irregular curves, to a concrete monument set on the
Southeasterly side of Cove Road at a point which is distant North
190 55' 50" West 101.06 feet and North 53' 25' 10" East 204.44 feet
from the point of beginning herein; thence through lots 203 and 204
aforesaid South ll* 23' 40" East 186.94 feet to the Northerly line
of lot 205 aforesaid and thence along the Northerly line of lot 205
aforesaid South 78° 36 ' 20" West 170. 0 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises as conveyed
to the party of the first part by deed dated September 29, 1969 and f
