Dear Mr. Just
The following actions were taken by the Board of Trustees during their
regular meeting held on August 27, 1987 regarding the above matter.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees RESCIND their Lead Agency
Declaration declared on July 27, 1987 regarding the wetland application
No. 568 submitted by the Land Use Company on behalf of James Meskouris
and be it further
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees WAIVER the need of a Wetland
Permit as requested by the Land Use Company on b~half of James Meskouris
for the construction of a wooden deck, all in accordance with the site plan
submitted on July 23, 1987,
WHEREAS the Trustees visited the site on August 19, 1987 and have determined
that the project as proposed will not have an adverse affect on the health, safety
or general welfare of the people of the Town.
Please be advised that there is a $25.00 Waiver Fee due at this time.

To construct a wooden deck as per the supplied plans. The proposed deck
shall be constructed over an existing concrete patio which is located
landward of a timber bulkhead and a concrete retaining wall.
Property is located on Captain Kidd Estates, 212 Beach Drive, Mattituck.
