Re: Determination on the need of a permit
Dear Mr. Meskouris:
This letter is an amendment to the letter of September 21, 1987 whereas
the Trustees have determined that the work you propose is a normal
maintenance, however, the Trustees wish to further advise you that this
work is to be done by hand. No machinery is permitted for this project.

Re: Determination on the need of a Wetland Permit
Dear Mr. Meskouris:
Pursuant to your letter of August 25, 1987 please be advised that the
Town Trustees inspected you property on September t6, 1987 for a determination
on the need of a wetland permit for work to be done.
The Trustees have determined thai no permit will be required, however,
the Board will allow you to trim the trees on the site provided that they are
trimed to a height of 18" and that you do not remove the stumps. You will
be permitted to rake ali the dead debris leaving all the grasses in tact.
This would be considered a normal maintenance and no permit is required.
