Dear Mrs. Mercorella:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on December 21, 1989.

add a 44'x12' deck to existing house with the stipulations that
single row staked hay bales be used during construction; also a
suggestion to remove grass and plant native vegetation. The property
is located at 2260 Great Peconic Bay Blvd, Laurel, NY, adjacent to
Brushs Creek.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on
the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.

Application No. 12-1-89-17-2-1.4 of Antonio Perez and Anne Branch Williams to
construct a single family dwelling, pool, sanitary system, well, driveway and
truck in fill to raise grade. The CAC disapproves of the project because
the road will go across the freshwater wetlands, the septic system would be
higner than the pond and more information is needed on the hydraulics of the
pond and the property should be staked and marked clearly.
