RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve the request for a waiver to add a 44'x12' deck to existing house with the stipulations that single row staked hay bales be used during construction; also a suggestion to remove grass and plant native vegetation. The property is located at 2260 Great Peconic Bay Blvd, Laurel, NY, adjacent to Brushs Creek. The CAC disapproves of the project because the road will go across the freshwater wetlands, the septic system would be higner than the pond and more information is needed on the hydraulics of the pond and the property should be staked and marked clearly.
