one-half of Lot 2 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Goose
Neck, situate at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
owned by G. W. Smith & Sons, surveyed February 27, 1948 by Otto
Van Tuyl, " which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on November 22 , 1948 as Map No. 1663, bounded and
described according to said map as follows :
jl BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northwesterly
side of Smith Drive. North with the northeasterly side of Main Bayview
Road, and from said point of beginning;
running thence along the northeasterly side of Main Bayview Road,

II running thence North 39 degrees 00 minutes East 150.00 feet;
running thence South 51 degrees 00 minutes East 75.00 feet to the
northwesterly side of Smith Drive North;

or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH the right to use, for all reasonable purposes, in common
