I acquired this parcel along with my wife, Roberta McCoppen on February 7, 1976 from Kenneth F. Lohrey (Liber 7986 Page 83). Located on the property is a one-story frame house which has been used continuously as a residence since approximately 1945. The house is in good condition and has been constructed prior to 1957.
