Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the project plan prepared by McCarthy Management, received on October 16, 2017, and stamped approved on October 18, 2017. Special Conditions: Installation of a French drain along the seaward edge of new patio and landward of the berm; and to establish and perpetually maintain a 35' wide non-disturbance area seaward of the berm. The Permittee is required to provide evidence that a copy of this Trustee permit has been recorded with the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as a notice covenant and deed restriction to the deed of the subject parcel. Such evidence shall be provided within ninety (90) calendar days of issuance of this permit. Inspections: Final Inspection. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required.
