PAPPACODA, residing at 2995 Laurel Trail, Laurel, NY 11948 (hereinafter referred to as "PAPPACODAS") and JAMES & KAREN MOWDY residing at 2675 Laurel Trail, Laurel,NY 11948 (hereinafter referred to as "MOWDYS."
