BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Jockey Creek Drive distant 90.00 easterly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the southerly side of Jockey Creek and the easterly side of Main Road (S.R. 25);
RUNNING 'THENCE from said point of beginning the following 2 courses and distances along the southerly side of
Jockey Creek Drive:
I) South 79 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds east, a distance of 10.00 fect to a monument,
2)North 78 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds cast, a distance of' 107.87 fect to land now or formerly of Russ;
