SCHEDULE A DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being a part of a described parcel of Map of
Fordham Acres, Section 2, filed April 6, 1965 as Map No. 4605, said part of described parcel being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Gull Pond Lane distant 772.82 feet
southeasterly as measured along the same from the comer formed by the intersection of the
southeasterly side of North Road with the northeasterly side of Gull Pond Lane;
RUNNING THENCE North 66 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds East, 170 feet more or less (Deed)
(174 feet more or less Actual)to the southwesterly side of a dredged canal;
THENCE along the southwesterly side of said dredged canal, 140 feet more or less;
THENCE South 66 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds West, 165 feet more or less (Deed) (153 feet
more or less Actual)to the northeasterly side of Gull Pond Lane; and
THENCE along the northeasterly side of Gull Pond Lane, North 68 degrees 19 minutes 00

BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly mean high water line of a dredged canal known as
Fordham Canal where same is intersected by the north line of land conveyed to Sarah Rauch and

mean high water line of said canal where same is intersected by the southerly line of
aforementioned land of Rauch and Nesin;

minutes 00 seconds West, 136.55 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
