The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees dUring
its regular meeting held on July 11, 1991:
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees APPROVE the request for a waiver for
the following:
To construct addition to existing house as per survey dated
June 24, 91.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the
need for any other permits which may be required for this project.

Waiver of Wetlands Permit
Property at Fishermans Beach
Sec 111 Blk 1 Lot 36
Gentlemen:
I am writing this letter on behalf of my clients, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas
McKeon, owners of the above referenced property. We are preparing plans
for an addition to this waterfront home, and due to its location we will
need permit approval for wetlands. With this letter, we respectfully
request a waiver of the wetlands permit.
The addition 5o the residence extends only towards the street side of the
propersy, there is no further extension towards the water. An application
for letter of non determination has also been sent to the NYS DEC at
Stoney Brook. The enclosed drawings should adequately illustrate our
intentions. Please call my office if you require any further information.
