Southampton, NY 11968 RE: MARTIN REGINE 675 HILLCREST DRIVE NORTH, ORIENT SCTM#13-2-8.19 Dear Mr. Herrmann: The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular Meeting held on Wed., January 23, 2008: WHEREAS, En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of MARTIN REGINE applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a Transfer of and an Amendment to Wetland Permit #4367 under the provisions of Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated December 20,2007, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council and to the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Coordinator for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 268, said application was found to be Exempt from the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program policy standards, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, . 2 . RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Transfer of Permit #4367 from Peter McHugh to Martin Regine, and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Amendment to Permit #4367 for the in-place replacement of the existing stairs using untreated materials for the decks/platforms, and as depicted on the plans prepared by En- Consultants, Inc. dated December 17, 2007.
