Dear Mrs.Brush:
This letter is a follow up to our conversation this morning regarding your request to trim
dead branches on an oak tree along the westerly side of your property at 4716 Peconic
Bay Boulevard, Laurel. The tree in question had several dead branches that should be
removed as soon as possible as this may improve the likelihood that it will survive.
Should the tree present problems in the future do not hesitate to call this office for
additional assistance.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
