The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees at their
regular meeting of February 28, 1995:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant an
Amendment to Permit 94301 to change contour intervals from 5' to
2' (as per DEC requirements) and move house 5' further landward
(south) and include a timber retaining wall.

Construct a one-family dwelling ~vith associated sanitary
system as per revised plan~ dated January 27, 1994.

the originating application.

Dear Mr. Mc Grail,
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on March 24, 1994 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, ROBERT MC GRAIL applied to the Southold Town
Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland
Ordinance of the Tow~ of Southold, revised survey of 12/2/93,
and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on March 24, 1994 at which time ~
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard~ and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question a~d the surrounding area,
and,
W~IEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this application, and,
WH~, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED~ that the Board of Trustees approves the application of
ROBERT MC GRAIL to construct a one-family dwelling and
associated sanitary system as per revised plans dated January
27, 1994o
Permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees
must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six
months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are
require~and the Trustees areto be notified upon completion of
said project.
