Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of peoperty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. McCallum County Tax Map No.: Dist. 1000-097-02-015 Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Cer- tificate Of Occupancy, I made an inspection of the above property. This property is located in a B-1 Zone "General Business" District. I began this inspection at approximately 3 o'clock accompanied by Mr. Oates. This building is a two bay garage, office, bathroom, and a storage room. The following violations were found: bathroom - floor bad front door sill - rotten overhead d6or - needs work 52-32-D 52-30-A 52-31-B. The inspection was completed at approximately 3:30 P.M. McCAT.T~3M, being duly sworn, deposes and says: I reside at Hedges Road, Shelter Island, New York and am the ~D~r of the premised located at Cutchogue in the Town of Southold and known as Nassau Point Service Station. I have ~n the owner of the abovedescribed pr~mises since prior to April, 1957. The premises has been operated and maintained as a gasoline and service station since prior to April, 1957. The buildings have always been maintained in a safe and ~hitable condition and no extensions to the buildings located on the pr~mises have been made since April, 1957.
