McCabe Unoccupied Upon request of the Southold Town Building Department I made inspection of this two story framed dwelling and found the following violations of Chapter 52, Housing Code, Town of Southold. I picked up key from the Four Sails Realty, Inc. office on Main Road, Cutchogue, and began inspection at approximately 3:45 P.M. The First Floor consists of kitchen, toilet room, dining room and living room. An unfinished utility room is attached to the north end of the kitchen, this room is unheated. The Second Floor consists of five bedrooms, one full bathroom and one half bathroom. Access to unfinished attic area by enclosed stairway off east side center bedroom. Heat is furnished to all rooms from oil fired hot water furnace located in full cellar. FIRST FLOOR - Kitchen - Gas range - no shutoff valve at unite t. Article V, Sec. 52-52, D-2. Utility Room - Gas range, no shutoff valve at unit. Article V. Sec. 52-52 B.2. Broken windowpane on west side. Art. III, Sec. 52-31 B. Toilet Room, open electrical box on north wall. Article V, Sec. 52-56 A.1. Foundation, locust posts, not skirted Art. V, Sec. 52-63 B. All outside entry doors, no electrical switch to control lights on entry. Article V, Sec. 52-56 B.2.
