Permit Application - Betty Edwards Johnson -
Remove an existing deck, install approximately
110' of rock revetment along eroded bank, remove
remains of crib dock and remains of damaged
timber dock and construct a 4' x 70' fixed dock, 4' x
20' ramp with rails and a 8' x 12' float with 18" legs
at each comer and to install a 2' buffer strip and
plant with shrub vegetation and coastal seed mix.

General Concurrence
Dear Ms. Johnson:
The Department of State received your Federal Consistency Assessment Form and consistency
certification and supporting information for this proposal on May 10, 2017.
The Department of State has determined that this proposal meets the Department's general
consistency concurrence criteria. Therefore, further review of the proposed activity by the Department
of State, and the Department's concurrence with an individual consistency certification for the
proposed activity, are not required.
This General concurrence is without prejudice to and does not obviate the need to obtain all other -
applicable license, permits, other forms of authorizations or approvals that may be required pursuant
to existing New York State statutes. Specifically, it appears that you may require authorization from
the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). Please contact the DEC
region 1 office to determine if their authorization is required.
