Nicholas Krupski on August 21, 2017. The Board of Trustees determined that the three (3) trees may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove these trees. Trustee Krupski noted that this is a dated system in a sensitive creek. For your information, the County has approved several million dollars in grant money to help fund replacements for new improved low nitrogen systems, which this lot would be an ideal candidate for. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency.
