The Board of Trustees determined that the trees as seen on August 25, 2017, which are directly within the construction zone may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove these trees. No trees may be removed which are not explicitly connected with the bulkhead replacement, without a permit or amendment. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. I am providing pictures as per your request of the conditions . All trees along the bulkhead as seen on pictures are either on or 6 to 18 inches back of existing wall .
