My client, 1505 Birdseye Road LLC, Carlos Zapata, Member, would like to construct a new dwelling with garage that is less than the permitted 100 foot setback from the top of bank. The top of bank runs west to east a little more than half way across the property. The property continues to rise from the proposed house location to the located top of bank. The slope is well vegetated with an approximate slope at the steepest portion of 23%. The slope for the 80 ft. portion which does not have a bank is approximately 13%. The property tax map number is 1000-17-1-4. Enclosed find my check in the amount of$50.00, made out to Town of Southold for the pre application visit.
