The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting
held on Wednesday, June 18, 2014:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVES the request for a
Transfer of Wetland Permit#1708 from John Kosloski to Scott D. & Julia A. Osler, as
issued on October 25, 1983, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVES
the Administrative Amendment to Wetland Permit#1708 for the existing 4'x40' fixed
dock with a 4' long ramp to dock; a ladder on southern side of dock; a +/-20"x40" bench
and a railing with rod holder at seaward end of dock, and as depicted on the project
plan prepared by Scott & Julie Osler, received on May 30, 2014 and stamp approved
June 18, 2014.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Mr. Domino:
Please accept this letter and enclosed owner authorization form, survey (copied from your file
associated with recently issued Wetland Permit No. 9041), and check for $50 payable to the
Southold Town Trustees as a request for a pre-application site meeting with the Board during
field inspections scheduled for September 12, 2017.
It is my understanding that Mr. Krupnick received a Notice of Violation for installing
unpermitted floating docks at the end of a fixed dock that was approved pursuant to Wetland
Permit 1708, which was originally issued in 1983 and later amended and transferred to the
previous owners in 2014. As it is my understanding that the Justice Court has directed Mr.
Krupnick to resolve this matter with the Trustees, I would like to meet with the Board on his
behalf for the purpose of discussing an approvable configuration for the dock so that the permit
can be transferred and modified accordingly, thus allowing for the resolution of the violation.
Should you wish to be supplied with any additional information prior to our meeting, please let
me know, and I thank you for your attention to our request.
