Dear Ms. McGahan: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during their regular meeting held on June 22, 1989 as follows~ WHEREAS the Town Trustees have conducted an on site inspectionof the subject property, West Creek Avenue, Fleet's Neck, Cutchogue, NY. RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve the request made by for a waiver to construct addition to single family dwelling on above mentioned property. The enclosed map~ dated June ?~ 1989~ is the most recent survey~ and shows all the buildings now on the premises. The enclosed plot plan, dated 5/31/93~ shows the subject proposed deck addition~ as well as a proposed garage addition, which requires no variance~ I believe. Creek Ave~ Fleet~s Neck~ Cutchogue~ NY., lot 110-1-4. It is my plan to do a thorough renovation, insulate~ add basement and heating system on basically the existing building, but with 12x22 foot additions on the north and south ends, and two feet additional length in the E-W direction.
