As you will note,the property is on the Long Island north shore, without current suitable access to the beach. I have enclosed a check for$50 and a survey and I authorize my real estate agent,Matthew C.Gillies (Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty,28080 Main Road/Rt.25,P.O.Box 922,Cutchogue, NY 11935)to host/preside at your inspection of the property. As I understand from Mr. Gillies, this request will be added to your September agenda in time for a September inspection.
