I have attached a letter from Michael Raynor the owner of 890 Old Harbor Road in New Suffolk giving
the Trustees permission to access the property on Sept 12, 2017. A hardcopy of this letter will be put
in the mail for your records.
Also attached is a survey for the Trustees perusal. Prior to the meeting, I will deliver large printouts of
the survey and proposal of the potential buyer for this property.
