The footing depth was 12"from grade as per plan. One inch rigid insulation was installed at the side of the footing 12"deep from grade. The one inch rigid insulation running perpendicular to the vertical insulation was removed as a requirement from the architect. The#4 rebar was installed and was 3"from the slab edges as per approved plans and building code. The 6"x6"—10/10 W.W.M was laid out at the slab level. All rebar and wire mesh was tied off properly. The gravel base was laid prior to the wire mesh being installed. The installer marked out the locations of the anchor bolts,which will be placed during the pouring of the monolithic slab. The forms were separated 12"to create a 12"haunch footing as per plans. A concrete apron was added to the pour and was approved during the inspection by the architect. The form lengths were measured to verify the size of slab was correct as per plan. The location of the slab was correct based on the rear property line.
