RUNNING thence South 84 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds West along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue,
50.00 feet to a concrete monument at the southwest comer of land now or formerly of Alexander Spiridakis and
others;
RUNNING thence North 18 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds West along the easterly line of above said land, 210.32
feet to a point along a bulkhead at the apparent high water mark of Long Island Sound;
RUNNING thence North 88 degrees 03 minutes 29 seconds East along above said bulkhead and high water mark,
84.06 feet to a point along the westerly line of land now or formerly of Florence Vasilakis, Alexander Vasilakis and
George Vasilakis;
RUNNING thence the following two(2) courses and distances along the westerly line of above said land:
(1)South 18 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds East,46.19 feet to a point;
(2) South 07 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds East, 154.51 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
