SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard, where the
same is intersected by the easterly side of land now or formerly of Battenfield, at the
northwest corner of premises about to be described;
RUNNING THENCE along the southeasterly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard, north 32
degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds east, 86.05 feet to the westerly side of a 20 foot right of
way;
THENCE along said 20 foot right of way, the following three (3) courses and distances:
