SOUTHOLD, having an address at 54375 Route 25, Southold, New York 11971, by a majority
of its duly elected Trustees, and in pursuance of Chapter 615 of the Laws of New York, passed in
1893 and in pursuance of a written resolution adopted by a majority of the Board of Trustees of
said Town of Southold at a meeting held pursuant to notice duly given to all members thereof on
the 16`h day of November, 2016, party of the first part and Michael Savino and Dana Savino, as
Trustees of the Michael Savino Qualified Residence Trust as to a 50% undivided interest and
Dana Savino and Michael Savino as Trustees of the Dana Savino Qualified Personal Residence

The within deed is given to confirm that the party of the second part owns fee title to said
premises up to 170.00 feet, and not 175.00 feet, running east to west along, and parallel to, Bay
View Avenue and Mattituck Creek;
WITNESSETH:
THAT the party of the first part in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 ------------
----------(S 1.00) Dollar duly paid before the delivery hereof does hereby grant, bargain, sell and
release unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Bay View Avenue distant 480.84 feet
easterly from the easterly end of a curve, which connects the northerly side of Bay View Avenue
with the easterly side of North Drive;
RUNNING THENCE North I degree 00 minutes 10 seconds West, 102.63 feet;
THENCE South 89 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East, 160.00 feet to Mattituck Creek
and the true point or place of beginning;
From Said true point of place of BEGIN]NG, running then South 89 degrees 44 minutes
00 seconds East 10 feet;
THENCE South and parallel to an existing bulkhead 100 feet f to the Northerly side of
the prolongation of Bay View Avenue.
THENCE South 88 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds west, partly along the northerly side
Bay View Avenue 10.00 feet.
THENCE north and parallel to an existing bulkhead 100 feet to the Northerly side of
premises now or formerly owned by A.D. and M.L. Richards now or formerly to the true point or
place of BEGINING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the abovementioned and described premises with the
appurtenances unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever
