the second part forever.

improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as Lot No. 12 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Subdivision of Saltaire Estates" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on August 3, 1966 as Map Number 4682.
TOGETHER with the use of the "Right of Way", recorded at Liber 7334 cp 526
as shown on said map for access to Long Island Sound and Lots No. 32 for recreation
purposes, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as may be imposed by
