filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 7, 1968 as Map No. 5 t47 and being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly side of Brigantine Drive distant 120.82 feet southerly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Brigantine Drive with the southerly side of Anchor Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Brigantine Drive South 19 degrees 13 minute 20 seconds west 100 feet to
a monument and the division line between Lots 49 and 50 as shown on said map;
