TOGETHER WITH an easement for boating purposes, in common with others over a strip of land 50 feet in width, extending from the northerly line of Lot #14 in a' nortir/northeasterly direction to Southold Bay (Peconic Bay on subdivision map) for ingress and egress to said bay.
