DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Unit No. 16 on a certain Condominium Plan entitled "Map of
Mooresland a/k/a Pheasant Run Estates Condominium I" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on 12/22/1994 as Map No. 257 and amended on 6/13/1996, together with an undivided
5% interest as tenant in common in the common elements of the Condominium described in
the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Liber 11720 page 628 and amended by Liber
