I am shocked that Richard Principi is allowed to do what he is doing to the property along the Bluff. I know he has permits but has anyone been out there to inspect? -I didn't think a foundation was allowed that close to the bluff without a retaining wall. I'm sure there will be two new structures exceeding what was actually permitted once he's finished. It is a shame that he has been allowed to destroy more fragile properties in such sensitive areas.
