Dear Mr. Siemerling:
After reviewing the above application and research concerning
this property, it has been found that restrictions have been placed
in a prior Appeal No. 1104 by the Board of Appeals on June 8, 1967.
We are enclosing a copy of the board's decision for your reference.
Also, inasmuch as this parcel is waterfront, any and all pro-
posed construction falls within the jurisdiction of the N.Y.S.
Department of Environmental Conservation. It is requested that
approval from the D.E.C. first be obtained before scheduling this
matter for a public hearing.
Please let us know whether you wish %o proceed with %he current
sideyard variance in light of the prior appeal's restrictions.
