SUBJECT to the following Covenants and Restrictions:
ALL the buildings are to be erected on closed foundations of poure&,IV
concrete, cement blocks or bricks, excepting parches which may be
erected on piers or posts .
THAT no dwelling house, exclusive of garages, shall be erected
or constructed on any lot which shall contain less than 1000 square
feet.
NO nuisances and noises of any kind, unwholesome and offensive to
the neighborhood, shall be permitted to exist on any lot, nor shall
any accumulation of rubbish, garbage, junk or materials of any kind
be permitted to remain on any lot. Lot owners shall cut the grass
and keep the appearance of the lots in accordance with the standards
of the community.
NO fowl, poultry, animals or livestock shall be kept on any of
the lots except domestic household pets . No outside clothes lines
shall be permitted except a circular umbrella type clothes dryer of
two "T" posts set not more than 30 feet apart with lines strung be-
tween. Said clothes dryer or lines shall be permitted in rear yards
only.
EACH lot shall be subject to electric, electric light, gas and
telephone easements on the surface or below the surface along the roads
or land adjacent to each lot.
No hedge or fence shall be allowed to be constructed over four (4)'
feet in height nor shall any solid board fences be Oermitted,
