Road, (said point of beginning being also the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 7
as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Willow Point", filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 4652);
From said point of beginning RUNNING THENCE along the southerly
line of Main Road North 59 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance
of 417. 29 feet to a point marked by an iron pipe and land now or formerly of
Morris;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of Morris South
18 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 251. 0 feet to the
ordinary high water mark of Budd's Pond;
RUNNING THENCE in a westerly, southwesterly and southerly

40 seconds West a distance of 469. 06 feet from the southerly terminus of the
easterly line of premises herein described);
RUNNING THENCE North 30 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West a
distance of 540. 0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
