Dear Mr. McDowell
The Southold Town Trustees inspected the site of your home at
the above referenced tax map number and found that construction
has taken place more than 75' from MHW, and is therefore,
beyond Chapter 97 jurisdiction.
The area of lawn disturbance in front of the project and on the
bluff on the s/e corner is to be promptly re-seeded upon
completion of the work.
Please note that any further cut, fill or regrading of any
portion of the bluff will require a permit or waiver from this
office.
