Box 1153 Southotd, NY 11971 Re: SCTM # 135-1-5 Dear Mr. McDonald: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on September 28, 1995 regarding the above mat~er: WHEREAS, applied to the Southold Town T~ustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town'of Southold, application dated August ll, 1995, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for thei~ finrtln~s and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on September 28, 1995, at wnich t/me all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, an d, W~IEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are f~m~l{aw with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered al/ the testimony and documentation submitted concern~ tl~s application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standa-d set forth in ChapTer 37-18 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE ~, RESOLVED, that the Board of TrusTees approves the application off WI-[,L[Ai~I AND ~RK MC DONALD to reconstruct existing bulkhead blown out by i2/22/94. Embankment must be re-vegetated so the over land flow of water does not result in siltation of surface water. Located 21515 Soundview Ave., Southold. Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date it is signed ff not started. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of *h{~ notification.
